Enhance Energy Inc has signed a Letter of Intent with Fairborne Energy Trust to jointly develop a CO2 enhanced oil recovery project at their Clive D2A and D3A fields in Central Alberta. The combined original oil in place of these two carbonate reservoirs was 122 million barrels of 38o API oil (EUB ST98-2006 Report) and have, to date, produced 70 million barrels.

Preliminary reservoir modeling and simulation indicate up to 20% incremental recovery from these reservoirs is possible. Additional modeling, final negotiations and regulatory approval are still required prior to implementing the CO2 flood at Clive.
